ABOUT BACON FATTE
Bacon Fatte recipes are everyday classics. Sometimes light, sometimes not so light… always unabashedly delicious. You’ll find colorful, family-style dishes here – often prepared for casual entertaining, but easily halved or doubled to accommodate two or ten, or more!
Whether you’re well-versed in the kitchen, or new to cooking, we strive to provide enough detail in our well-tested recipes so they’ll be successful for anyone who makes them!

ABOUT MICHELE
I’m a Minneapolis, MN Food/Travel Blogger & Photographer, and publisher of BaconFatte.com – a food blog celebrating classic cooking and entertaining.
You’ll often hear me say things like:
- “It doesn’t have to be fancy to be fabulous!”
- “It doesn’t have to make sense, it just has to make me happy!”
- And, “The best things in life are meant to be shared!”
When I’m not developing recipes, writing about, photographing, or promoting food and cooking, I provide marketing and social media services for small businesses in the restaurant, retail, and travel industries. In my spare time, I can be found in the kitchen (naturally!), in the garden, and traveling. My husband and I spend many of the summer months “living the dream” on our boat in the Apostle Islands on Lake Superior and in the Bayfield, WI area.
If you’re interested in having me promote your brand, product or business, please discover ways we can partner together.
And if you’re anybody who just wants to say hi, please say hi! I’d love to hear from you.
