Homemade Blue Cheese Dressing
Rich and creamy with the unmistakable “bite” of real blue cheese, this Homemade Blue Cheese Dressing is perfect for serving with fresh salads and vegetables, sandwiches and burgers, grilled beef and chicken, and more. It’s quick and easy to make, and absolutely delicious!
RECIPE TIPS
A creamier blue cheese – such as AmaBlu – will create richer flavor (versus a dryer cheese). Whether you use pre-crumbled blue cheese or crumble it yourself, look for lots of “blue” veining and a creamier texture.
While this dressing is delicious as soon as it’s made, letting the flavors come together for an hour or so (or overnight, if possible) before serving is best!
