The only thing better than fresh baked brownies is:
LOADED BROWNIES!
Think Kitchen Sink Brownies, but with ALL your favorite salty, sweet, crunchy and chewy snacks on top. This recipe is a great way to use up whatever snacks you have on hand, too. We kept these super-snackable brownies super quick and easy to make by using our favorite ready-made brownie mix.
Here’s what you need to make these Loaded Brownies
Your favorite brownie mix – I used Duncan Hines, 13 x 9 Family Size fudgy brownie mix
PREPARE the brownie mix according to package directions. Spray a 13 x 9″ baking pan with baking spray, and line with parchment making sure to leave the sides long enough so you can use the parchment to lift the brownies out of the pan (after they’ve cooled) to cut them.
PAR-BAKE the brownies for half the time recommended in the directions. (I par-baked these for 10 minutes).
LOAD the brownies! Remove the pan from the oven and load on the goodies! Here’s what I used:
- Popcorn
- Caramel Bits
- Honey-Roasted Peanuts
- Mini Marshmallows
- Mini Pretzels
- Chocolate-coated candies
- Potato chips
- Multi-colored sprinkles
BAKE the loaded brownies for an0ther 10 – 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out mostly clean.
COOL the brownies in the pan completely before cutting.
ENJOY!
