I received product and compensation for this recipe post, but all opinions are my own – as always. My family and I have personally enjoyed Paisley Farm products for several years. They’re a good Midwestern company that produces excellent products, and I’m delighted to help inspire others to enjoy them as much as we do.

I don’t recall exactly when we first discovered Paisley Farm Four Bean Salad, but my husband gets the credit for the discovery. I usually do the grocery shopping, and I try to stick to the shopping list when I go. But when he comes with, we often end up with random items. (I can’t complain.)
Case in point: When he first saw this Four Bean Salad on the shelves at Costco, he had to have it. In fact, he could barely wait to get home to enjoy it. I didn’t think much of it until I read the short, simple list of ingredients: Beans, water, cane sugar, onions, vinegar, red peppers, sea salt, natural flavor. That’s it. Just beans and some other good things – all the basic ingredients in my homemade four bean salad! No un-pronounceable junk or questionable preservatives — and in this case, none of the prep work involved in making it from scratch. Perfect!
From the very first time we tried Paisley Farm Four Bean Salad, we were hooked. Table etiquette aside, we’ve literally eaten it straight from the jar as a quick snack to tide us over until dinner. The sweet and savory flavors are perfectly balanced, and the freshness of the beans makes Paisley Farm Four Bean Salad completely crave-worthy on its own.
WHERE TO BUY PAISLEY FARM FOUR BEAN SALAD
It’s sold at Costco as a twin-pack – but only during the summer months. You should start seeing it on shelves in mid-March. They also sell Five Bean Salad (same delicious recipe, just with an extra bean) at Sam’s Club, BJ’s Wholesale and select Wal-Mart locations. Start looking for it now, and make sure to stock up for summer!
Again – it’s great right out of the jar. We served it for a neighborhood BBQ a couple of summers ago, and people kept asking for the recipe. Everyone was pleasantly surprised to learn that it was a pre-made four bean salad. One neighbor said, “Open and serve – that’s my kind of recipe!” And in this case, I couldn’t agree more!
Because we’re longtime fans of the product, we were naturally thrilled when the company reached out and asked us to come up with some fun, new ideas for their four bean salad.
My favorite homemade chickpea salad immediately came to mind as a simple way to dress up an already delicious dish – and this version is even quicker and easier! I just added just a couple of fresh elements to make it over-the-top delicious. As much as I love my chickpea salad, I really love the simplicity and convenience of this Four-Minute Four Bean Salad with Parsley & Feta. It’s a beautiful, colorful “centerpiece salad” that everyone loves! And it’s hard to beat something this delicious that comes together – literally – in just four minutes. Amiright?!
While four bean salad is usually considered a side dish, adding the fresh ingredients as we’ve done here makes it a perfectly fresh option for lunches and light dinners. We’ve also got a few more four bean salad recipes up our sleeves that we think you’re really going to like – stay tuned!
This four bean salad is a favorite of ours, and we’re sure it’s going to be a favorite of yours, too!

Four-Minute Four Bean Salad with Parsley & Feta
Ingredients
- 1, 35.5 ounce jar Paisley Farm Four Bean Salad drained
- 1 cup fresh parsley finely chopped
- ¾ cup Feta* cheese crumbled
- ¼ - ½ teaspoon chili flakes optional
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
-
Drain the Four Bean Salad (reserve liquid in a sealed glass container for other recipes). Pour the drained beans into a mixing bowl. Add the chopped parsley, crumbled feta, chili flakes (if using), and a few grinds of black pepper. Gently stir to combine ingredients. Serve right away at room temperature, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with more fresh parsley if desired.
Recipe Notes
*I used full fat Feta cheese for the best flavor, and I buy it already crumbled for added convenience.
*The chili flakes only add a little “heat” to the dish, but it’s not at all overbearing. Start with ¼ teaspoon and add more to taste.
*Just a pinch of fresh black pepper nicely rounds out the lightly sweet Four Bean Salad flavors.
