Arugula Oil is a wonderfully versatile sauce and dressing that adds fresh, fabulous flavor and color to just about anything. Try it on meats, fish & seafood, green salads, breads, sandwiches, charcuterie, soups, breakfast and brunch dishes, and more!
Place all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse several times to incorporate ingredients and then process in several rounds, stopping to scrape down the sides of the bowl in between. Continue processing until the sauce reaches the consistency you want. I like it to be completely smooth and silky, but it’s just as delicious with a more rustic texture.
Store in an air-tight, glass or other non-reactive in the refrigerator for up to one week. Stir lightly before using.
